In addition to Major Credit Cards and PayPal, we will gladly accept MONEY ORDERS or CERTIFIED BANK CHECKS.
PERSONAL CHECKS are accepted but orders will not ship until checks clear.
SHIPPING:
We offer FREE first class shipping on all jewelry orders within the continental United States.
We offer FREE UPS shipping on all stained glass and home decor items within the continental United States.
Although some of our jewelry is made at the time of your order most orders ship within three to five business days.
Custom orders may take longer depending on the availability of certain components.
RETURNS:
RETURN POLICY FOR JEWELRY:
This handmade artisan jewelry is guaranteed for one year against any workmanship defects. Simply contact us and we’ll be more than happy to work with you. Your satisfaction with your purchase is important to us.
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, email us within 3 days of receiving your shipment.
We will issue you a return authorization, which you will include with the shipment back to us.
Please package items carefully and insure the shipment for the price of the items, since we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Upon receiving the returned merchandise, in its original condition, we will happily refund your purchase price for the item.
Sorry, we cannot reimburse or refund shipping costs.
RETURN POLICY FOR STAINED GLASS AND HOME DECOR ITEMS:
You must contact us within 10 days after receipt of merchandise for all damages/shortages. Items damaged due to customer abuse or neglect will not be considered for credit or replacement. Original packaging is required for all returns. Shipment refused or returned is subject to 25% restocking fee plus freights. All returns require prior approval from Makana Jewelry Designs.

If we contact you directly it is only in reference to an order you place with us, a question you asked us or if you signed up for our newsletter.
We give prompt and timely replies within 24 hours or less to all inquiries or issues.
