If you are not comfortable ordering online, you may order by mail.  Just fill out the electronic Order Form, print it out and mail it with your payment to:

In addition to Major Credit Cards and PayPal, we will gladly accept MONEY ORDERS or CERTIFIED BANK CHECKS. 

PERSONAL CHECKS are accepted but orders will not ship until checks clear.   

Shipping

Shipping is FREE for orders $100.00 and up.

Although some of our jewelry is made at the time of your order most orders ship within three to five business days. 

Custom orders may take longer depending on the availability of certain components.

Returns 

We  have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, email us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. 

We will issue you a return authorization, which you will include with the shipment back to us.  

Please package items carefully and insure the shipment for the price of the items, since we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. 

Upon receiving the returned merchandise, in its original condition, we will happily refund  your purchase price for the item.

Sorry, we cannot reimburse or refund shipping costs.

Privacy

We place the same value on your privacy that we place on our own.

If we contact you directly it is only in reference to an order you place with us, a question you asked us or if you signed up for our newsletter. 

We give prompt and timely replies within 24 hours or less to all inquiries or issues.

We DO NOT solicit you in any way. We DO NOT keep, use or store any personal information unless you ask us to.
